we are a fragile being

Hola seniors and senioritas,

Sorry I haven't been posting too much lately, things have been busy all around.  But I have some time now so join me for a little blog action! Its going to be a short one but hey better than nothing. As I said in the title we are a fragile being.  "We" as in humans, as we all know there are endless ways to die and we try to avoid them daily (I hope).  But aside from accidental deaths such as getting hit by a rhino or slipping into a pit of quicksand there are countless illnesses, diseases, and medical issues that can cause death.  The best thing that we can do for ourselves to combat these types of illnesses and deaths is to be as healthy and fit as possible.

A strong healthy well balanced individual is going to have a much better chance at beating sicknesses than someone on the other end of the spectrum.  Peak fitness and health improves all qualities of life including having a dominating immune system that can be used to combat any issue that may arise now or in the future.

Maintaining a healthy diet, a consistant exercise program, as well as keeping your mental health in tip top shape are all super important to staying in the best shape possible and enjoying only the finest quality of life.  A lot of diseases and conditions are avoidable altogether just by being healthy.  You can significantly decreases your risk for things such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and strokes, just to name a few, simply by taking care of yourself.  These are all things that I'd like to avoid and I'm pretty sure you'd like to avoid them as well.

So stay fit, stay healthy, stay alive as long as possible, and live the highest quality of life.
until next time people embrace the burn!
