
Ok peeps, here's how it shakes down, you are currently at point A, and looking to get to point B. Now there is no doubt that you are capable of getting there. YOU CAN GET THERE. However the question becomes will you? You have the tools to reach this destination "point B". I have already typed enough posts on workout philosophy, programs, and diet to arm you with the knowledge you require, feel free to look back at some of the previous posts..... Now its up to you to do something with these tools. If I were you I'd use these tools to get my ass to point B, but you are the one that has to do it. If you aren't truly ready to commit yourself into a new lifestyle of health and fitness well then there's nothing I can do for you, I can offer endless information and guidance but ultimately you are the one that has to take initiative. If you are already on the right path, its time to step it up to the next level. If you're working out, work out more and more efficiently . If you are eating a pretty clean diet, make the next change and clean it up even more.
