Keeping it clean

I found a video on an exercise website that I respect.  However this video is a horrible example of how to do cleans, check it out, and don't think that the Internet has all the answers.

Now you'll notice that the athlete has his arms bent at the start of each rep which allows him to use his arms, and doesn't use the full potential of his hips.  This will be a perfect way for him to never have a clean as heavy as he could have.  You'll also notice that at the top of each rep he brings the bar off of his shoulders before standing up all the way (his knees are bent), this results in a partial rep and would be considered a "no rep" in any competition.  Lastly the athletes elbows are questionably ending up in front of the bar at the top of the lift if they don't actually get in front of the bar this would also be a "no rep"
Let's learn from this bad example and do things the right way around here.  Clean it up folks, and clean it properly!!!
Happy Holidays peeps
Until next time embrace the burn!
