So I extend this challenge to you, just water for a minimum of 7 days. Do your best to stick to it, and not just drink only water, but drink lots of it. It's obviously going to be tough, especially on the weekend, but that's why it's called the water CHALLENGE. If you make it through the whole 7 days, try to extend the challenge for another week. Let if flow people, and feel free to weigh yourself before you start and after the 7 days is up. Good luck! Feel free to comment a week from now, and let me and anyone else know what kind of results you had, as far as weight loss and just overall feeling.
I am Skywalker. Well, Water Week is finished. Seven Days of just drinking aqua, and nothing else (still ate regular food). I lost 2 pounds, am sleeping better, have more energy and my exercise is much easier. I had a sip of Coke yesterday and it tasted awful. I'm really enjoying my 4 liters of water a day. Thanks Pat!
ReplyDeleteI want to accept your challenge.... Maybe I'll start with 5 days...
ReplyDeleteThe water challenge is difficult, it is so easy to forget about water. But with the heat and working out more, it will be easier to remember water.
ReplyDeleteOne of my friends who used to chide me for drinking mainly water, noticed a coworker had dropped weight and was told the secret was no soft drinks and no juice, just water. So the friend, in his 40's, with a paunch belly, tried it and dropped 20 pounds in 3 months without changing anything else about his infrequent workout schedule or lifestyle. Pretty interesting to say the least.
