We are lucky that every day is a new opportunity to start something, or to get back on track with something we were working on. It doesn't matter how far you have strayed from your path, or how long you have made excuses, or ignored your attempts to start. Tomorrow is indeed a new day, and it is shaping up to be a perfect day to refocus your attention on your goals. Just remember that you don't have to dive in head first. Nobody wins the world series on opening day. Start small, and set short term goals as you work up to your long term goals.
That's all for now. I'll get deeper into goal setting sometime in the future.
Totally starting my day with two glasses of water
ReplyDeleteI'm totally all over that too. I may even step it up to 3 glasses. 8 oz?
ReplyDeletewe are talking 16 oz each. start with maybe one glass and work your way up. First thing in the morn, wake up, go pee, drink your water, cary on. good luck!
ReplyDeleteIn the words of the man formally known as the chief rolling thunda guy, " fair enough."
ReplyDeletethe colder the water the better, also
ReplyDeleteI agree. The colder the water, the better. Really appreciate these encouraging words...tomorrow is definitely a new day.
